What primary services do you offer?
We offer Event space for all types of occasions. Weddings, Quinceanera's, Concerts, Family or School reunions. We are currently adding an outdoor stage for Concerts or Festivals.
What are your prices?
Our prices will vary on what type of event and the number of guests you may have. Currently, we are running a special if you book your 2023 event by October of 2022. To find out more how we can customize your event, schedule a time to visit and we can discuss more all your options.
What's the maximum number of guests the site can handle?
We can successfully accommodate up to 350 guests, However, we can seat up to 400. Our outdoor area can accommodate an unlimited amount.
With having separate areas, will the Venue be shared with another party?
No sharing with other parties.
What is your deposit requirement to reserve a date?
We require a $1000 check/cash deposit to reserve your date. We also require a $750 security deposit prior to your event for any incidentals or damages. If paying by credit card, we do charge a 3% fee per transaction.
Can I make payments or is the entire amount due at one time?
Of course, you can make payments prior to your event. You'll just need to contact your sales rep to schedule a date and time.
Can I supply my own alcohol for my guests?
We currently hold a mixed beverage license which does not allow our guests to bring in their own alcohol into the Venue. We do have a full service bar available.
Do I have to go with your own caterers or may I bring in my own?
At this time, we do not have any preferred caterers. You may bring in your own caterers or Food truck as we do have plenty of space for such vehicle.
Are there limitations to decorations?
Just one, nothing permanent. You are welcome to decorate the Venue to fit your needs with any decoration that can be removed without any harm to the venue. No nails, staples, tape or glues that leave a sticky residue.
Cancellation Fee
It is the cost incurred if you decide to cancel your wedding. It often varies depending on how far in advance you cancel.
Non-Refundable Deposit
This deposit is to secure your Venue date.
Partial Refund
Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any advance payments made beyond the deposit.
Written Notice
A formal notification of cancellation is required. You may send a certified letter to the Venue or via email.
Am I responsible for cleaning?
All items brought in by your vendors such as caterers or Band members must be cleaned and removed prior to them leaving the venue. All other cleaning will be completed by our crew. There is a fee that is either included in your package or is an additional fee and based on how many guests are in your proposal.
Does the event room provide security?
We do provide security for all our events. The price will be discussed and included in your proposal.
If any of my guests are not able to drive home, will they be able to leave their vehicle onsite until next day?
Of course they may leave their vehicle until next day. The venue will not be responsible for the vehicle and all vehicles will need to be removed no later than 2 pm next day.
If I book the outdoor area for a concert or party, are pets welcomed?
Pets are welcomed and we ask that you pick up after your pet in case of an accident.
Is your Venue available for promotional or recreational events?
Yes, our venue can be booked for any event that your heart desires.
