Included with your Event
Standard round tables and Chiavari chairs are available. Up to six rectangular tables can be provided. Black tablecloths will be included, and cleaning services are covered. Additionally, quarters for the bride and groom are available.

Bar Staff
One bartender and one barback will be required. Alcohol is not allowed inside the venue unless purchased through CV. Guests have the option of a cash bar or an open bar.

Event Access
On the day of the event, there will be 12 hours of access available from 12 PM to 12 AM. If the date is not booked, the client may have 3-hour access for decoration on the day before the event, but this must be coordinated with the CV staff.

Security
On-site Security through Tri-Shield Security and Investigations.

Additional Services include:
Capital Venue offers decor packages with prices that vary based on the number of guests and the type of decor selected. Clients are welcome to hire their own decorators; however, a fee will apply to all external vendors, who must also provide proof of insurance.
